1. Acceptance of Terms & Eligibility

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User,” “Player,” or “You”) and Cortenity Platforms (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), governing your access to and use of gamiarc.com (“Platform”) and its associated game modules.

You must be at least 13 years of age to access or use the Platform. By using Gamiarc, you affirm that you meet this age threshold and agree to comply fully with these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Subject to your continuous compliance with these Terms, Cortenity Platforms grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access, view, and play Gamiarc games solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment through standard consumer web browsers.

No rights or licenses are granted by implication or otherwise, and all rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by Cortenity Platforms.

All visual designs, UI components, graphics, color palettes, sound designs, original logos, brand artwork, and custom software code on Gamiarc are the exclusive intellectual property of Cortenity Platforms.

While classic game rules exist in the public domain, our unique visual artwork, custom designs, software code, and platform presentation are protected under copyright and intellectual property laws.

Gamiarc includes links to companion platforms operated under the Cortenity umbrella (such as Qlexia.com, AI Art Revolution, and Best of Trend) as well as third-party social networks.

Each external platform operates under its own published terms and privacy statements. We encourage you to review the policies of any destination site you visit.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties (“AS-IS”)

The Platform, its games, and all content are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

Cortenity Platforms expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free browser operation.

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, in no event shall Cortenity Platforms, its affiliates, or licensors be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use Gamiarc.

These Terms shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree that any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of India.
