Gamiarc is intentionally engineered so you can play without creating an account. Match states, sound preferences, and high scores stay safely on your personal device and are never sent to central database trackers.
1. Scope & Data Controller
This Privacy Policy governs the access, collection, and storage practices of Gamiarc (accessible at gamiarc.com), owned and operated by Cortenity Platforms.
This policy applies across all web properties, subdomains, and embedded mini-game modules hosted under Gamiarc and should be read alongside our companion services (including Qlexia.com and Cortenity.com).
2. Information Architecture & What We Collect
Unlike traditional gaming portals that mandate persistent registration, social sign-ins, and invasive identity trackers, Gamiarc collects the bare minimum data required to deliver high-performance gameplay:
When you play games on Gamiarc, your custom player aliases, turn preferences, sound settings, and local match statistics are saved directly on your personal device. This data is private to your browser and is never uploaded or transmitted to external servers.
When your browser requests web assets from our servers, standard HTTP access logs are temporarily recorded (including IP address, browser header, language preference, referring URL, and request timestamp) solely for network security and bot detection.
If you contact us via contact@gamiarc.com or our contact portal, we receive your email address, name, and message contents solely to address your support request or developer partnership inquiry.
3. Cookies, Web Storage & Tracking Technologies
Gamiarc does not deploy cross-site tracking cookies or fingerprinting scripts. We do not use third-party advertising cookies that track you across different websites.
You have complete autonomy over your local data. You can inspect, modify, or erase your game data at any time through your browser’s settings or by selecting “Clear Site Data” in your browser preferences.
4. Third-Party Service Providers & Content Networks
To provide fast global loading times and smooth graphics, Gamiarc integrates with trusted enterprise infrastructure providers:
- Google Fonts & Material Symbols: High-speed typography and UI glyph delivery. Google may log connection metadata per Google’s standard privacy policies.
- Content Delivery Networks (CDNs): Optimized game asset caching for low latency across global regions.
- Partner Platforms (Cortenity, Qlexia): Direct navigation links to our companion creative tools and articles.
5. Children’s Privacy Protection (COPPA Compliance)
Gamiarc games (such as Ludo, Tic-Tac-Toe, and puzzles) are family-friendly and suitable for players of all ages. In strict accordance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”), we do not knowingly request, collect, or store personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13.
Because Gamiarc requires no account creation, children can safely play our browser mini-games without exposing personal identities. If a parent or guardian believes a child has inadvertently submitted contact details to us, please notify contact@gamiarc.com for immediate deletion.
6. GDPR & CCPA Compliance Rights
Under regulations including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), users possess explicit rights regarding their information:

Request immediate expungement of any email correspondence from our support logs.
